Joy

Oil on Wood Panel

I painted this in high school.  It was an exercise in morphing a word into an object.  This painting is a social commentary on the fleeting emotional affects of drugs.  The background resembles bruises.

I gave this painting to my best friend from high school whose middle name is Joy.
